Welcome!

Welcome to the Punk and Vegetarian Recipes blog. This blog will discuss punk bands and various vegetarian or vegan recipes.

What is punk? Punk is more than music. It's about creativity, community, equality, individuality, politics, questioning, self-expression, and unity. It is a lifestyle not a trend.

The Adicts

"I'll never forget this night!" yelled an excited fan after The Adicts finished their set. The entire night was filled with screaming fans singing along to every song! The crowd would jump, dance, crowd surf, or mosh throughout the entire night. No matter how hot it got, no one seemed to lose any energy.

They played most of their classic songs such as; "Chinese Takeaway," "Steamroller," "Numbers," "Easy Way Out," "You're All Fools," and their anthem "Viva la Revolution."

They also played a few new songs, which included one of their early released songs; Horror Show.

The most entertaining part of the night besides their party and carnival like performance is that all their song are sing-a-long songs, so whether you are a long time fan or brand new to the band. You would still be able to sing along quite easily and participate in with the rest of the crowd.

They were celebrating their new album, All The Young Droogs, that just came out on Sept. 11. Don't forget to check it out! It has the classic sing-a-long songs that The Adicts continuously keep making. All The Young Droogs is another album filled with catchy tunes that will have you singing to every single song.

Here's a video of The Adicts starting their encore with "Who Spilt My Beer?" from Alex Urquidez.
